India will give an opportunity to raise economic and trade relations between two
respective countries to a new level, Minister of Economics Arzybek Kojoshev
told Tazabek Tuesday.
“India is one of the most dynamically developing countries. Analysis shows that
GDP growth rate [in India] is one of the highest in the world, the degree of their
growth is even higher than China's. Today India is a big market for us and we
will tell about Kyrgyzstan's attractiveness to investors, legislature, and
opportunities for Indian businessmen during business forum. Fields that India
is interested in are tourism and medicine. India is a world leader in IT
technologies, besides they are interested in energy projects and construction
business,” said the minister.
“Also we showcased a stand where we demonstrated them [people in India] our
agriculture produce: dried fruits, honey, walnuts. They praised the quality of our
produce. All of these were brought by Kyrgyz businessmen,” added the minister.
Three-four memorandums on cooperation between markets and businesses,
