EVENT CATEGORIES: Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles. Events will be offered by Age 

Division and Skill Level. Skill Levels range from 3.0 to 4.5+. You must be at least 19 years of age by December 

31, 2017 to participate. Groups may be combined if there aren’t enough teams in one or the other. We are 

limiting the field to 50 teams per day, for a total of 100 players per day, so get your entry in early! 

 

FORMAT: This is a double elimination tournament. All winner bracket matches will be 2 out of 3 games to 11 

points, win by 2 points. Underdog matches will be 1 game to 15 points, win by 2 points. All medal matches will 

be 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2 points; however, if the underdog players win, then there’s an 

additional 1 game to 15 points, win by 2 points. Medals will be awarded for 1

st

 and 2

nd

 place finishers.  

 

If there are 3 teams or fewer in a division, that division will play a Round-Robin format. Games will be to 21 

points, win by 1 point. Total points scored determines 1

st

 and 2

nd

 place. In the event of a tie, head to head 

scores will be used.

Thursday, March 30, 2017 6-8 p.m., Meet, Greet & Eat Low Country Boil, Crabby Joe’s  

Friday, March 31, 2017 8:00 a.m., Women’s & Men’s Doubles Event 

Saturday, April 1, 2017 8:00 a.m., Mixed Doubles Event 

Rain Date: Sunday, April 2, 2017 

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, March 3, 2017 at noon. 

 

REGISTRATION FEE: $30 first event, $5.00 additional event. Registration fee includes snacks, beverages and 

lunch for players only. All players registered with payment by the March 3, 2017 entry deadline, receive a 

tournament souvenir. 

 

REFUND POLICY:  No refunds will be issued after Friday, March 3, 2017. 

 

LUNCH: Registered players will receive a boxed lunch for Friday and/or Saturday. Guest lunches may be  

pre-ordered at $10 each, and paid for with registration.
