To begin with, I heard a lot of good things about your online shop from friends. Besides, I saw a few good reviews about your products on the website. For this reason, I decided to order a pair of sneakers from shops. I am so disappointed with a few things. Firstly, you delivered my shoes very late. Secondly, I ordered red sneakers but I received different color. Moreover, sneakers were bad quality. However, they looked much better on the website. Also, you have very terrible customer service as I tried to call you many times last week. Nevertheless, none of your staff answered my calls. I would like you to refund the money fully/ completely or I will have to take legal actions against your shop. I hope, we will solve this problem friendly.
