I'm writing to complain to complain about the problem with air conditioner of 
the car which I rented on 20
th
May from GM CARS RENTAL SERVICE .

My work as a sales agent involves driving a car for 5-6 hours per day. Driving a 
car without functioning air conditioner in this very hot weather both 
uncomfortable and dangerous for health. After driving for a few days I started 
having serious headaches and my productivity decreased substantially.

The car that I have rented is GM NEXIA 3 model with number plate 
60M458NA . When I was handed the car I was assured by the dealer that the car 
was in perfect condition and everything was working fine. To my surprise , after 
driving for just one day , the air conditioner stopped working.

Despite the fact that I have already contacted the company about the problem a 
week ago , nothing has been done yet. I request an immediate replacement of 
the car and expect a reply from you as soon as possible . I also believe that I 
deserve an apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused 
to me .
