Abstract

English language is as a foreign language which to be considered that in the educational curriculum around the world because of the increasing demand for English. Nonetheless, the teaching of English represents a great challenge for teachers, who have to choose the most appropriate method to do this task. For this reason this text aspires to contribute to improving the teaching of English as a foreign language, by means of minimizing the role of factors of native language grammar or in the development of communicative competence of students in the process of teaching foreign languages that is very popular and spread worldwide. In recent time, work the techniques, activities and resources most usual employed by the CLT method are stated in order to develop the communicative competence of English students, according to their scientific and social-cultural background. Likewise this study wants to offer views to get a meaningful learning, for this reason this work focuses on different definitions of communicative competence and the components of language.



It has been widely accepted that minimizing the role of factors of native language grammar is not only a system of rules, but a development of communicative competence of students for the creation of meaning. In that sense, it is essential to distinguish between knowing various grammatical rules and being able to use these rules effectively when communicating. This view has underpinned one of the most popular approaches to language communicative language teaching. The aim of this paper is minimizing the role of factors of mother tongue and to develop students’ communicative competence during the learning of a foreign language (FL).
