As the newly appointed member of the marketing department of Village Cinemas, Greece, the senior management team has tasked me with evaluating the organization's customer engagement strategy. The aim is to identify the current customer value approaches and competitive market position. This report will evaluate the current customer groups, competitors, and external factors impacting the cinema. Using suitable research, the report will identify suitable marketing mix strategies to move the business forward.

Environmental Analysis:


Village Cinemas attracts multicultural bazaars, showing Hindu films in many styles as well as in different areas, which were visited by 230,000 visitors in Victoria. Communication with customers together with the support of public networks has proved to be effective in the film industry
