By using the Schwarzwald Plus card you are 

accepting its conditions. Here are the most 

important rules:

 The Schwarzwald Plus card acts as your 

admission ticket or public transportation 

pass. If you don’t have your card with you, free 

admissions and free fares cannot be granted.

 The cards are issued personally, are non–

transferable and are only valid for the 

duration of your stay as registered. Loss or 

theft of the card needs to be reported to the 

host immediately.

3

 The nature and extent of the services 

provided are set down in the currently valid 

fold–out.

4

 The services and offers can be limited or 

cancelled due to weather conditions, 

maintenance work and heavy visitor traffic as 

well as for other important reasons. In that 

case, no claims can be made by the cardholder. 

5

 Groups consisting of more than eight people 

have to schedule their visit with the respective 

service provider in advance.
