Friendship Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), 

meaning that we provide all types of senior living on campus:           

maintenance-free independent living; assisted living;                            

recuperative care; memory care; and skilled nursing. 

 

And we are the area’s only genuine Type-A LifeCare® community.    

This means that we can offer a consistent and predictable cost across 

all levels of care and service.

independent living resident, you’re choosing an

With LifeCare, you’re assured of quality, long-

term health care in a familiar setting at a         

significant savings when compared to other 

types of senior communities or                            

health care options. 

In addition, some residents may qualify for tax 

deductions and may utilize existing Long Term 

Care insurance policies to address a portion of

Independent Living 

is the primary offering on our 34-acre campus. From 

villa homes to apartment homes, seniors can choose their ideal residence.            

Community services and amenities support a personalized lifestyle, such as a 

fitness center and pool, events, transportation, a creative  arts studio, wood 

working shop, bank, beauty shop and more. 

An initial entrance fee with ongoing monthly fees cover standard services and 

one meal per day. With LifeCare, this monthly fee stays consistent, even if 

you require advanced levels of care in the future.  

Some residents choose to use home health or private duty services while           

residing in their Independent Living apartment.

Our Medicare five-star rated Care Center has 118 beds (most semi-private) 

with a variety of care options and access to all of the community’s events, 

activities and offerings. 

Rehabilitative Care is offered to those recovering from an illness or injury, 

with therapeutic support to be restored back to independent living.  

Assisted Living 

is available to those who need support with some          

activities of daily living (such as bathing, dressing, medicine), etc. 

Skilled Nursing 

is offered to those who are managing medical issues, need 

support for all activities of daily living, lack mobility or are managing life 

with memory loss.  

The daily rate includes all nursing care and three meals a day. LifeCare resi-

dents who move from Independent Living to the Care Center will pay the 

same monthly fee as they always have, plus two additional meals per day.
