Dear Yandexgo company,
I am writing this letter of complaint because of difficulties that I encountered travelling by taxi 01/B856DM "Lacetti" driven by Jack Smith from Liverpul to Bristol on March 10. I would like you to make your service more convinient.
The taxi driver was rude and angry however he had mistaken with location himself. Also he asked me extra fee for waiting for me in a wrong location much time. It had better if you fixed your mobile app and employ taxi drivers who had better behaviour. Recently I had written to your company but no-one accepted and solved my disappoinment.
I want to take back my extra paid money and the driver should pay a tine for his bad behave. I believe that you take into consideration my letter and solve the problem.

I am Rose Johnson, invariable consumer of your "World market" company. I am writing this letter to express my deep disappointment about your company.
Recently on March 3 I had bought a mobile phone "Samsung A30". It had worked perfectly for 3 days, but after some days it had problems with charging the battery and began to switch off. I told about it to your market representatives however they couldn't fix it and they said it was broken by my mistake. They refused to give my money back or changing the mobile phone to new one. Moreover, Tom Andrew, the manager of the company had bad behavior with me instead of solving my problem.
I hope you will solve the problem very soon and refund or change it to another one. And I think the employees of your company should be more attentive to your products and more courteous to the consumers.

I am Rose Johnson, student of masterʼs degree in World Diplomacy University who had met you on a plane during a journey from New York to Bristol on January 15. You said to contact you about vacancies in your restaurants.
