I am a 17 year old student.i have a sertificate of the with B2 English.I speak English very well.It is my ambition to become a teacher of English.Therefore, i like working ina bookstore .

Despite my lack of formal work experience, I feel that i would be well suited for the position.For the past two years.I have been working as a volunteer in our university library.In my university report I was describe by the librarian as enthusiastic, dedicater and reliable.

since the university holidays include the months of July and August, I will have no other commitments and would be available to work at any time, excluding Saturdays, for as any time.

Dear Manager,

I am writing to complain about Tv from your store last week.

Although, your assistants sold me the Tv by advising that it was the best model and expensive.I saw it at a lower price in other stores.

However, after I bought and installed it in bought and installed it in my house, it didn't sound good and it didn't start working good.No matter how much I tried to adjust it, it didn't work.This kind of careliness is not tolerated in such a high- priced store.
Furthmore, I was told by the manager that they would refund me in 3 days, and i sent the Tv back to your store.However, I still haven't received my money back.I felt disappointed with the way I have been treated.
