Shirguruch( Cream of rice)

This meal is just perfect for breakfast. It is easy tomake and healthy.

Ingredients for 4serving:

1 litre of milk

200 gr of rice washedSalt

Honey or sugar as taste

Butter 4 table spoon




Somsa with greens

This meal which is prepared with greens is useful for vegetarians.

Ingredients:

0.5 l warm water

1 kg flour

2 piece eggs

Oil

Greens: spinach, parsley

Onion




Manti with pumpkin

For the dough:

  • Flour - 500 g.

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.

  • Boiled water - 150 -170 ml.

  • Salt - 15 g.

  • For the stuffing:

  • Lamb of average fat content (back or thigh) - 600 gr.

  • Fat tail - 100 gr.

  • Onions - 600 g.

  • Salt - 20 g.

  • Ground black pepper - 10 gr.

  • Ground zira (cumin) - 5 gr.
