Why don’t you take a picture of yourself in a Balance Pose (as shown by Claire Bell, National Women’s Network Lead and Jenny Hill), and tell us what Balance means for you by sharing it on Yammer, and tagging your photo with #balanceforbetter and #womensnetwork.
You can use one of these pledges, write your own, or just have a photo in the balance pose.

Tuesday 5 March 2019, How Balanced Are We? 9:30 to 10:30
In the telecom we will be Jargon Busting the language in the Gender Pay Gap report, hosting a quiz to see if you know how balanced we really are, and we will look at the actions being put in place by the Executive Directors Team to address the pay gap. You will get the opportunity to pose your own questions to Caroline Douglas, Doug Wilson – our executive champions.
