PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES

  • Number and quality of Labour Inspector and Civil Cervant Investigators not appropiate
  • Implementation in Decentralized Era still not optimal
  • Inadequate of the institution capacity and organization structure in Province and District offices
  • Limited budget for Inspection and Investigation
  • Insufficient of facilities for inspection such as office equipment, inspection tools and vehicle.
  • Inadequate system for reporting and information for labour inspection.
