“Let us be generation worthy of our ancestors!’’
On the 5th of April of this year was held an online interview on the theme “Let us be generation worthy of our ancestors!” devoted to 680th anniversary of Sahibkiran at the State museum of Temurid’s history.
The historian scholars, artists and creators, students of higher education, and members of mass media took part in this interview.
This event was organized by the Central Union of Youth Social Activity “Kamolot’’ in the 7th meeting according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 9, 2015 about ‘’the celebrations and arrangements of 680th anniversary of Sahibkiran, the 575th anniversary of Alisher Navoi, and 100th anniversary of People’s Artist of Uzbekistan Mutal Burhonov.
One of the great achievements is that we carried out magnificent works to re-establish and develop our national and cultural traditions. In this process it is very important to disseminate the historical truth about our great ancestor Sahibkiran Amir Temur and the Temurids. And this is considered to be a great task.
In particular,the year 1996 was announced the year of Amir Temur. The 660th anniversary of our great forefather was celebrated widely in participation with UNESCO organization.The statues to Amir Temur were unveiled in Tashkent, Samarkand, Shahrisabz cities. Specifically the State museum of Temurids` history was built in Tashkent. Besides the International Philanthropic Fund of Amir Temur began itsactivity, and also another very important event in cultural life of our country is establishment the order of Amir Temur. As a matter of fact,this order is given to citizens of Uzbekistan and also be given to those individuals who are not citizens of our country for their remarkable contribution to Motherland on strengthening state independence, science, and literature.
The following words of our President in his book ’’Superior spirituality –is invincible might’’are said: When we speak about spiritual life of our great ancestors, we should think deeply of Sahibkiran Amir Temur. Because this eminent figure was considered as the symbol of courage, audacity and scholarship, has founded a great sate and left practical theoretical heritage in state system, patronized to develope science, culture, architecture, religion and spirituality.
In online interview took part as experts the director of the State museum of Temurids history Khurshid Fayziev, the chairman of the International Philanthropic Fund of Amir Temur Nozim Habibullaev, People’s Artist of Uzbekistan Tesha Muminov, doctor of law Feruza Muhitdinova, and the Honored cultural worker of Uzbekistan Tulkin Hayitov.

Indeed, art of war was a branch of his activity. As a matter of fact Sahibkiran hold an example as a patron of architecture, science, and also beautification widely. Consequently he was such a ruler that if he took one brick somewhere he would put ten more bricks there, if he cut a tree, he would plant ten trees there, if some place was ruined he would have it reconstructed, if he saw water welling up from the earth, he would improve it and made parks around it. Historical sources confirm these facts.

We can call his book ‘’Code of Temur’’ as a glorifying justice, humanity and kindness. The reason is that he showed his personality and his fair politics richly. This unique work was published with foreword of our President in 2011, and it is considered to be an important event. One, who will read this book, will have a rich spiritual edification and new views. Our President said the following words about the book: “Personally I, every time read ‘’Code of Temur’’, I start to feel spiritually strong…let us say,’’ As my experience carries out that, one resolute, capable, brave, courageous and vigilant man is better than a thousand dishonorable and careless men.’’ We distinguish that these words are very important today’’.

One more high point of goal is wide propaganda kind deeds of our great ancestor, art of state ruling, also his edifications to people and to the youth. The International Philanthropic Fund of Amir Temur contributes to it greatly. So meetings, round tables, scientific-practical conferences executed by temurid scholars, writers, committee members and also with youth of educational institutions are of primary importance.

On the event students were answered to online questions by group of experts towards Sahibkiran`s law establishment, his implementation of social justice tendency, also his ideas of supporting science and education development.

Moreover, participants were interested in information about instructive life and edification of our outstanding ancestor.

At the end of the interview was organized tour along the State museum of Temurids history.
