  • Temporarily install an aerostat with an EO/IR sensor & a SIGINT package for GSM Cell phone and Satellite Phone detection
  • Conduct operations to measure the performance of both systems
  • Discuss with Surface Warfare experts what is the “art of the possible” & what are REAL Requirements that could be satisfied.
  • Ask – Are there solutions that would enhance the capabilities of the ship
