Which product, volume and preferred loading date. 
When we will receive the order, we will do our best to have the order as soon as possible 
into our system. As soon as we know which batch to load/when be ready, we will inform you 
with loading date and reference number.

Because the warehouse is in the secured area of Riga port, please provide us (Schils) and 
Oskar (
[e-mail]
) at least 1 day before loading with the following information to receive 
a pin code: 
- Truck number 
- Trailer number 
- Driver Name 
- Surname
- Passport or ID number 
When you do not have the security code (pin code), you will not be allowed to enter the 
port. Please provide us with all required information as quick as possible (min. 1 day before 
loading). Therefore, we have enough time to communicate the pin code. If we receive only 
Truck number, but Truck will arrive with trailer it will not enter port until we amend the PIN 
code.
