Responsive [making decisions and policies that react to demands for value allocations]; iv. Distributive [allocating values through institutionalized structures and procedures]; v. Symbolic [manipulating images and meanings, distributing nonmaterial rewards and values].
Within your case/country-study provide certain examples to PS capabilities (concerned with country’s experience).
CASE: Guatemala

   Extractive [utilizing human and material resources in the environment]
   

The economy of Guatemala is a considered a developing economy, highly dependent on agriculture, particularly on traditional crops such as coffee, sugar, cardamom and bananas¹. They also export products such as fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, processed foods, textiles, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, cosmetics, rubber and paper products, beef, and petroleum.
