I. O‘quv fanining dolzarbligi va oliy kasbiy ta’limdagi o‘rni
O‘qish va yozish amaliyoti fani talabalarga o‘rganilayotgan chet tilida o‘qish va yozish mahoratini o‘rgatishni nazarda tutadi. Mazkur fan doirasida talabalar Evropa Kengashining “CHet tilini egallash umumevropa kompetensiyalari: o‘rganish, o‘qitish va baholash” to‘g‘risidagi umume’tirof etilgan xalqaro me’yorlari (CEFR) ga ko‘ra B1 dan C1 darajaga mos keladigan mavzularga oid turli matn turlarini o‘qib, mazmunini tushunishlari va turli matnlarni yozishni o‘rganadilar. SHuningdek, 4 kurs talabalariga bitiruv malakaviy ishlarini yozish, ilmiy ishni boshlash bosqichlari, yozish uslublarini to‘g‘ri qo‘llash va ilmiy matnni tahrirlash o‘rgatiladi. Ushbu fan o‘z tarkibida uch modulni – “O‘qish”, “YOzma nutq amaliyoti” va “Ilmiy yozuv” modullarini mujassamlashtirgan. O‘qish moduli 1-5 yozish moduli 1-8 semestrlar davomida o‘qitiladi.
II. O‘quv fanining maqsadi va vazifasi
Mazkur fanning maqsadi talabalarning C1 daraja talabiga javob beruvchi matnlarni o‘qib, tushunishlari va turli mavzularga oid matnlarni yoza olish mahoratiga ega bo‘lishlari va egallangan o‘qish va yozish ko‘nikmalarini kasbiy va ilmiy faoliyatda erkin qo‘llay olishlarini ta’minlashdir. Fanning asosiy vazifasi umume’tirof etilgan xalqaro me’yorlarga ko‘ra talabalarning o‘qish va yozish ko‘nikmalarini S1 darajaga etkazish, shuningdek, ilmiy tadqiqot ishi yozishning boshlang‘ich malakasini shakllantirish va takomillashtirishdir.

Fan bo‘yicha talabalarning bilim, ko‘nikma va malakalariga qo‘yidagi talablar qo‘yiladi. Talaba:

o‘rganilayotgan asosiy chet tilini Umum Evropa standartlariga ko‘ra S1 darajada o‘zlashtirishi;

o‘rganilayotgan chet tilida o‘qish va yozish ko‘nikmalarini turli strategiyalarni qo‘llay olish orqali egallashi;

tushunish va muhokama qilish uchun bosqichma-bosqich turli matn turlari bilan ishlash usullari to‘g‘risida tasavvurga ega bo‘lishi;

o‘z fikr va mulohazalarini lingvistik kurs mavzularidan kelib chiqqan holda yozma ravishda aniq va mantiqiy bayon etishi;

matnni tushunish maqsadida turli strategiyalarni bilishi va ulardan foydalana olishi;

bitiruv malakaviy ishini yozish, ilmiy ishni olib borish bosqichlari, yozish uslublarini to‘g‘ri qo‘llash va ilmiy matnni tahrirlash borasida etarli bilim va ko‘nikmalarga ega bo‘lishi kerak.

Talabalarning har bir semestrda fanlarni o‘zlashtirishi har bir baholash turlari bo‘yicha: 5 (a’lo), 4 (yaxshi), 3 (qoniqarli) va 2 (qoniqarsiz) ko‘rinishida baholanadi. 5, 4 va 3 baholar ijobiy hisoblanadi. Baholashda raqam va matn bir xil talqin etiladi.

Malakaviy amaliyot, kurs ishi (loyihasi), fan (fanlararo) davlat attestatsiyasi, bitiruv malakaviy ishi, shuningdek magistraturada ilmiy-tadqiqot va ilmiy-pedagogik ishlar hamda magistrlik dissertatsiyasi bo‘yicha talabalar o‘zlashtirishi ham yuqoridagi baholash turlari bo‘yicha baholanadi.

Talabaning fan bo‘yicha o‘zlashtirishini baholashda quyidagi namunaviy mezonlar tavsiya etiladi:

5 (a’lo) baho:

xulosa va qaror qabul qilish;

ijodiy fikrlay olish;

mustaqil mushohada yurita olish;

olgan bilimlarini amalda qo‘llay olish;

mohiyatini tushunish;

bilish, ifodalash, aytib berish;

fan bo‘yicha tasavvurga ega bo‘lish.

4 (yaxshi) baho:

mustaqil mushohada yurita olish;

olgan bilimlarini amalda qo‘llay olish;

3 (qoniqarli) baho:
