Online – IELTS teaching platform.

The company is focused on conducting thorough teaching classes on IELTS and basics of IELTS exam. The founders of the company are Nodirjon Mamajonov and Khurshid Urokov, two one of the most prominent IELTS Instructors in the region.



Key partners:
These two instructors cooperate with all schools located in the local are. More than 100 schools are agreed to collaborate and convey online classes to students who wish to take an IELTS exam. Schools are categorized as both public and private ones. In near future, it is projected to get into cooperation with schools located overseas.

Key activities:
First and foremost, company conducts free online IELTS sessions and lectures so students with very tight schedule would get a chance to get proper knowledge in a very short period of time. Moreover, apart from conducting just online lessons, company is organized so that live sessions would take place as well in order that students would get an opportunity to clarify their questions and ideas from live performance of teachers.

The company’s mission:
The prime mission of the company is to make sure the youth of Uzbekistan is getting enough amount of lessons and knowledge so that they could ace better IELTS band scores which would serve as a push towards improvement of overall English language. Moreover, another important task of the company is to make sure those who cannot afford actual offline classes due to price that they are in, get free access to knowledge.

Channel’s:
The company makes use of different platforms on social media, including, Instagram, Facebook, Zoom video conferences. Moreover, they have an access to national TV channels so that they could occupy more audience. Other platforms such as TikTok and Snapchat are not profitable and would not be useful in occupying a lot of people. Therefore, company decided to keep all above mentioned platforms to achieve better efficiency.

Customer segments:
Mainly, company focuses on education of high school students aged between 16 and 20. Majority of students and customers are at around this frame of age. Moreover, it is planned that platform would create proper programs for school teachers aged between 25 and 35. This is all for betterment of their experience and knowledge.

Payment method:
There is no mandatory payment for classes as they are free. However, company receives donations. Donations would be made by bank transactions and through VISA or MasterCard credit cards.

Company expenses:
Company mainly spends donated money on reading and study materials. Moreover, payments would be made for TV channels to broadcast all lessons.
