Disabilities Options Network (DON) Charleroi Hill Change:Due to inclement weather and low ridership, the Valley 4 will no longer service Oakland Avenue. Route will travel to 2nd and Meadow to Upper Meadow at 12th Street via 5th Street and 6th Street between Washington and Fallowfield. Ending Stop Change: The route will now gain access to the PA CareerLink Mon Valley, Dept. of Public Welfare and the new Disabilites Options Network(DON), located within the Donora Industrial Plan as beginning and ending stop. 9:00

Highland Terrace Monongahela: Mon Valley Hospital Fisher Heights: Giant Eagle North Charleroi: Highrise North Charleroi: Transit Center Fallowfield Lane Charleroi: Chamber Plaza at Senior Center Donora Hill Change: Due to the low ridership in the area, the route will no longer travel to VanPelt and Meralda. The bus will travel via Mckean to 10th to Thompson. Charleroi Changes: Route will not access 1st and McKean. Entering Charleroi from Donora will travel via Fallowfield to 5th Street to the Chamber Plaza and begin service again upon the hour. ***Please note all other exsiting stops will be serviced. However, to reduce the number of timepoints, serveral stops were removed from the above timetable and replaced with a red dot on the route map.
