First time applied for consultation 27/03/2007

OS was burned with the vinegar in 2003. 3 times had a intravitreal injection Avastin in other hospital

Vision accuracy OS – finger counting 20 cm, flicker test 46 Hz, IOP 8-9, b-scan clear

Conreal throat with the vessels +++, AC 3,0 mm, pupil 3,5 R2, Lens Normal, Fundus – can not be seen

Periodically using eye drops – dexametasone and balarpane

Diagnosys – corneal throat 4 category with the neovascularisation

25/06/2013 surgery – OS – lamellar keratoplasty. PreOP visus finger count, PostOP 3 days 0,1, IOP normal

In 2013-2014 patient had an corneal erosion, witch quickly healed with balarpan eyedrops, and temporary IOP increasing 23-24, witch normalized with timolole maleate 0,5%

Visus 0,1-0,2, IOP 16, Fliker test 38 Hz, B-scan clear. Trasplant clear, neovessels +, AC 3,0mm, pupil 3,5, R2, Lens clear, fundus central zone ok, can not be seen in details.

2014-2018 – patient have had 5 times Transplant rejection crisis, witch managed with dexametasone eye drops for 1 month, but every case of crisis was in the optical central zone and leicoma in this zone increasing after each crisis.

Present – Vision accuracy 0,09, IOP normal, Flicker test 35 hz, vision field 5 to 10 degrees decrease each side, b-scan clear. Transplant – leicoma in central zone, vessels ++, AC 3,0 mm, pupil 3,5 R2, lens clear, fundus can not be seen in details.
