   Shivit guli- 1garden
   

Pereparation:

1. 
   Chop the boiled beef into straws. Add mustard and fry in hot vegetable oil. Then add the chopped greens.
   
2. 
   Slice the bulgur dumplings into staws ans add to the salad. When you add the grated walnut kernels and cheese with a large toothed grater and adjust the salt moisture, the salad is ready.
   

3.Pirog
RECIPE:

1. 
   5 tablespoons margarine or butter,

   4 eggs,
   
3. 
   1 teaspoon vanilla,
   
4. 
   Half a glass of yogurt or milk,
   
5. 
   1,5- 2 cups flour,
   
6. 
   1 teaspoon baking soda quenched in vinegar.
   

Preparation:

   Eggs and sugar are lightly whipped using a fork.

   Add butter, vanilla and yogurt or milk to the mixture, mix lightly

   Then add the baking soda and flour soaked in vinegar to make a lquid dough

   The dough is mixed, its thickness should be like cream

Describe your best friend
My best friends Shahlo,Sharigul,Gulnur and Gulruh have wonderful personality. Shahlo is a drak- haired, brown-eyed, medium- height gril. His cheerful and funny, he always laughs, but when he gets angry, he doesn’t calm down unit he does’t calm down until he vents his anger. Sharigul is a slender girl of medium height with dark hair, black eyes, almond eyebrows. As for her character,she likes to talk openly, that is, she tells herself without hiding her guilt. Gulnur is a pretty gril with long black eyes, around face and a white face. She is very sincere, open-minded, kind and compassionate. She is always a supporter of goodness and truth. That is why she is my best friend. Gulruh is a full- bodied gril with dark curly hair, blown eyes, short stature, she has a very different character,she is strong, but she can behave in any situation. He always wants to be with them,only with his closest ones, so I have wonderful friends from each other, and I lave them very much.By the way, they are all my cllassmates at the institute. I have known them since 2020, First we sat at the same desk with Gulruh, so we become friends, and to this day our closest friends, then Gulnur joined me as one of my close friends, so we came to the 2^nd year, and I lived in the same house with Shahlo. Although we didn’t have a good relationship with him before, he aslo become a close friend. Neither decrease nor increase.

My favorite season- spring

I love spring. It is a wonderful season. Spring comes and nature awakens from it’s winter sleep. The days become longer and the nights become shorter.
The ground is covered with fresh green grass and the first spring flowers. How lovely the white snowdrops are! There are new leaves and blossoms on the trees. The birds begin to sing and build their nests. The air is fresh and the sun shines brightly. The days are warm and everything is full of lfe and joy. Everybody feels younger and stronger.
Many people like spring more than other seasons. It is very pleasent to watch how the nature awakens from the winter sleep.
In spring we can go to the country and have a walk in the woods or by the river, play ball- gammes, lie in the sun and even have a swim if the water is warm enough.
That is why i like spring more than any other season of the year.

My profession

In the future I’ll be a teacher. And I believe that this profession is the most honorable. Why I chose this profession? Because the teacher is a great psychologist, a wonderful poet, but most importantly, the teacher is an indispensable tool and a true friend. And so I want all my life to devote to this profession. I want to become a qualified professional who will be able to convey to his disciples maximum knowledge. But more I want to be decent, kind, sensitive and caring man so that my students always with gratitude and lave reminisced about childhood, chool and teachers throughout his adult life. To each of them a piece of my mid and my heart went through life with dignity and pride. So thet wanted the same teachers fortheir children and grandchildren.

What English is for now

The language Engilish has its origin in the early medieval period. It is a West Germanic language, and today it is spoken alomons in every nooks and corner of the world. The language has a total development period of almost 1400 years.
The version of English that is spoken today is most commonly referred to as Midern English. Every from of media today is operative in this language. In the present world, English acts as a unifying factor for people from all over the world.
English is sometimes termed as career language as well because many employers demand the ability to understand English from their employees properly. It is a core language in most of the multinational transactions. For worldwide recognition, knowledge of Englisg is a must.
Sinse english can reach the majority of people easily, most of the information that is available on the internet is in this language. An estimated 80% of the total data available on the internet is exclusively in English. It is a language that is easy to understand and comprehed. It is the universal language for any from of print media, be it newspapers or journals. The important books that are supposed to reach out to a major chunk of people are written in English
