Although in the beginning, I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on request of Jumayev Fayziddin,who intends to study Master's degree abroad . I got acquainted with Jumayev Fayziddin in 2017 when he enrolled in Tashkent State Transport University and began his study at the faculty of " Railway transport engineering" and I was a Head of the department in «Foreign languages » . From the first days , he showed himself as a serious , diligent student and demonstrated his ability to work hard . He was always well prepared for the classes and responsible for meeting deadlines In addition , he is monitor of his group . Thanks to him , the group is very cohesive and smart . I found Fayziddin to be intelligent , enthusiastic and sensitive to the needs of others . His positive outlook , scholarly background and varied interests played out well during his university life . Mr Jumayev is an effective communicator . People naturally like him . He has a sincerity and willingness to help others that should serve him well in the future . When he was in second course I taught Fayziddin English language class during the spring semester . Throughout the semester , Fayziddin was an engaged and active participant in class , contributing to discussion , asking questions , and submitting his home assignments on time . He regularly communicated with me regarding his performance and visited during office hours to make sure he understood some difficult topics .

As Fayziddin's English teacher , I witnessed his extraordinary hard - working , intellectual first hand . His co - operating with native English speakers was particularly impressive . Fayziddin's academic accomplishments are rivaled only by his personal strengths . His humble and personal , generous traits are beyond his years and he is well - loved by his peers , as well as all those who have had the pleasure of teaching him . When the final year period , he performed an outstanding result.

As his instructor , I fully recommend his application to study abroad . Given his diligent work , ethic , willingness to engage in cross - cultural conversation , good communication skills and intellectual curiosity , I have no doubt that Fayziddin would both greatly benefit from this study abroad experience and he would be a great student representative of TSTU and Uzbekistan as well .
