Reflective writing.

My full name is Abdurashidov Shuhrat Oltinboyevich and I am the third-year student in SamSIFL. This reflective writing describes my practice course which I got. This practice course is very important in my life and my future career.From7rd of September in 2019 until 6th of July in 2020 I have had practice at school number 28 in Pastdargam distirct. Our practice experience consisted of 36 weeks and during these days I got much useful information which would be necessary in my future profession, such as various methods, strategies and other helping data too. At the beginning of the practice we made a meeting which was described to us about life of school, requirements, curriculum, how to participate in school lessons and some other special rules. During the first week, I observed english classes. The teacher of these english classes was Azzamova Sohiba who taught us a lot of things about pupils and how to complete the documents which we need and she helped me to know pupils closely and learn their character. Besides, it was a great lesson for me how to conduct my future lessons in active practice.

I had realized that I need many skills and abilities from the other fields such as psychology to understand pupils better, how to work with them and even artistic skills in order to prepare handouts well for being the best teacher

First, I observed the lessons of the teachers and analyzed the abilities and characteristics of the pupils. When I started to observe pupils and teachers, I understood that it was not so easy to teach pupils. Some of them were active and some of them were passive but all of them were very talented. Even passive pupils answered excellently when teachers asked them questions. Then I thought that every pupil need individual manner of communication. While some pupils were good at working with books and texts, other were active at working with pictures and table. So I began to study all pupils’ characters and teach them. I tried to prepare activities where everyone could show their abilities and develop them. I have learned to use mostly communicative method, audio-lingual method and interactive activities. Because I could learn pupils accurately with the help of these activities.

During the process of micro-teaching I tried to conduct an interactive lesson with 6th grade pupils. Our theme was “ Types of houses” and our additional theme was “ Adjective”. While I was conducting the lesson, I tried to new methods and interesting activities too. After completing my lesson, the teacher who was my supervisor evaluated me and also said to me about my mistakes and faults. After that I knew that I had to work hard on myself.

In order to make lessons interesting and colorful, our teacher chose the activities according to their age, vision, psychological characteristics, interests and others. During the practice I tried to work politely with the pupils, make a good relationship with them and they also became more interested and quiet in my lessons.

During this process, I have learnt a lot of necessary things that will be used in my future career and I have tried to conduct lessons, choosing activities properly according to the pupil's age, how to communicate with them during the classes and out of the classes. One more main thing that each teacher can face up to is that working out with documents. They are group register, lesson plan and pupils' diaries are also considered to be one of the main thing that teacher should pay attention, because diaries are checked by parents every day and teacher's duty is to evaluate them wisely. Lesson plan and its stages should be orderly divided by teacher. It is known that no one is perfect and this process is full of some mistakes too.

In conclusion, I can say that I learnt how to use my knowledge and how to teach pupils, how to organize my lessons interesting and colorful. This practice gave me a big experience about school and teaching process.
