Reflective writing.
The educational school where I did my practice is the 62nd general secondary school located in Uchtepa district of Tashkent city. I went to 62nd school with my group for a practice. There we were instructed to observe and analyze the course process. During the first observation, we inspected the school buildings. And we learned about the rules of the place. And The educational school, the classrooms, the teaching staff, the rules and regulations, the behavior of the pupils are very good. For example: Each classroom is equipped with teaching aids. The teaching staff are also qualified educators. Of course, just as there are strong rules in every educational schools, there are several rules in this educational school. As far as the morals of the pupils are concerned, their manners are very remarkable. Transparency, solidarity, mutual trust, respect, mutual care and solidarity in the educational school are important conditions for the interaction of team members. And all of which are concentrated in the 62nd General Secondary School.
During the practice, I learned the documents on the management of the educational school and the organization of the educational process. And of course extracurricular activities and clubs are well organized. these circles do not interfere with students’ lessons. I got acquainted with the activities of the class teacher with parents. I studied the issues of cooperation between the educational school, the community and the family. I saw the organization and conduct of spiritual and educational activities.
if I’m talking about my practice there, that month has been a wonderful one. I got the knowledge I needed for myself there. For example, how the teacher should behave during the lesson and I learned about how a teacher needs to know how to engage pupils in a lesson.
My overall conclusion about the practice is positive.
The practical work of students in teaching and production practice is the most important part of the training of highly qualified specialists. It provides a link between theoretical study and engineering manufacturing activities. Each internship represents a phase of continuous training of a young specialist. The tasks of each stage are specific and, at the same time, ensure the continuity of operations, forming a single system of training. The main purpose of the internship is to strengthen and expand the knowledge acquired by students during their studies at the institute through in-depth study of the work of the enterprise (organization), the acquisition of advanced knowledge. labor and management methods, professional skills, experience in organizational and educational work in the production team.
Here are some my suggestions to organize and improve the content of the learning practice:
1) To take measures to ensure the electronic collection of reports submitted by students at the end of the internship, including the necessary set of documents for students to be put into professional pedagogical practice in the educational-methodical department of the University and the work to be performed by them.
2) Preparation of presentations by each student at the end of the qualifying pedagogical practice in order to organize the qualifying pedagogical practice at a high level, to ensure the use of information technology by students in the pedagogical practice.
I think that all practitioners will be able to use the knowledge and skills acquired here in the future and become highly qualified personnel.
