English you use?
Reflection: how often do you self-assess your performance in English
by asking yourself, after any particular activity, "What have I learnt?"
Doctors are trained to ask questions. They're experts at exploring the
discomfort in order to reach a diagnosis. Are you familiar with the areas of
language that might need your attention? It might be the case that you
think the problem is your pronunciation, for example, when in fact it's a
case of needing more practice with English rhythm, pace or intonation.
