Some countries have introduced laws to limit the working hours that an employer can ask from an employee.
Why are these law introduced?
Is this a positive or negative trend?

Some states have introduced the law to finish the working hours that an employer wants to know from staff. Staffs might limit to work for a long time and the law might have positive aspects.


The primary reason of the law is that, these days staff work every day. Therefore, they are tried, and they may be a social exclusion. Staff allow not to their family during work for per days. For this reason, they may undergo problems of their family which affect their society. If staff work for every day, they might harm their health. During work for a long time, a number of staff may decrease in some country.
However, this change will be a positive because of staffs are working for a long time in these days. If the law is confirmed by the government, many people are able to work for a short/less time. For example, one staff member works for a per days before this law. He or she works for approximately 8 hours after this law. Moreover, employers are able to have free time. They spend on their family. For example, staff members may go to the park with his family. Besides that, workers allocate rest in their free time. Furthermore, employees may learn a different science knowledgeable via themselves work in their free time, and they might read science books. Consequently/ As a consequence, female may make foods for their family. They may accomplish happy life.
In conclusion, the law may confirm since many people harm to their health and undergo many problems. The government needs to control it. (258 words).
