At the same time, the upbringing of criminals is one of the main objectives of society. Some people say that criminals need serious penalties. Another part of the people say that the criminals should be given one more chance. This essay refers to discussions on this topic.
It’s my first opinion on thi first issue. I think it is right to punish the perpetrators. There are such criminals who have to be punished seriously. For example, terrorists, intentional killers and human thieves. Because they are dangerous to society. Such people also affect the development of state and they also poison the minds of young people. It is necessary to prepare these people with life imprisonment.
I try convey my thoughts on the second issue. I think some criminals should give some chance. They usually commit crimes of carelessness. For example, criminals who minor offenses, precisely, bully and commited crimes because of carelessness. Im my view that they should be replaced by a lighter penalties. But still have to punish them.
In conclusion, I can say that punishment is inevitable, no matter what crime. In both cases, I think it is important to preve crime. The most important thing is that the punishment imposed should be benefical to society.
