1.The basic part is READING. As long as you learn English , you should learn to reading English articles .Of course , vocabulary is important . The more words you recite the easier you read article will be.
Listening ability , you can communicate with your friends with Voice Chat,which can practise your friends English listening once a day. YOU’d batter speak some simple words that you friends can comprehend . With time going by, you can speak some difficult words or sentences
Spoken English , your can speak English with accent , and your friends can learn you to speak what you said. The important thing is that your friends want to learn and make effort .There are many ways to practise .That what I want to suggest.If you can usually communicate with your friends,I think your friends’ English will improve very fast.
