T 1. Part Two

Describe.

The topic card took me back to the time when I was given a highly valuably advice from a friend of my fathers.

1. The advice is all about a choice of a major at the university back then(At that time, In those days) I was a university applicant and I was in a dilemma over which field to choose at the university. I was not sure whether I should study IT or economics, both seem equally good to me.

2. My father helped me by introducing his old friend to me and this person was a world-class economist who worked at the world bank back then. He thought that this person would be a good source of rational advice for me, and actually he wasn't mistaken.

3. Too much surprise, he advised pursuing an IT-related career. Although he was an economist himself he thought that this field had a more promising future, to be precise he urged me to study business computing in one of the foreign universities. By his word, I really got persuaded and my interest in this field got kindled.

4. I decided to follow this advice and never regret it. Since then I feel as if I found a job of my life. I have a real passion for this job, and I hope I will be successful in it once I finish my university studies.

Part 3

1. I guess the field banking is being most popularly chosen by young people, this is the burgeoning(developing quickly) field in our country, and there is a big demand for competent financier, accountants and other bank-related professions. Young people in Uzbekistan have come to understand that this field will make them employable in the future.

2. I think the answer is evident here. Most put emphasize on lucrative income when choosing a profession in our financially demanding day and age. This has become a primary factor, I guess. In other words, they have to be sure that they can survive financially and make a living.

3. They had too many choices from choosing. I guess, for one thing, the current developing possesses an abandoned range of jobs to choose from. For another thing, their parents, siblings, teachers and others around tend to give them advice. All these are creating confusing for young people and making it difficult to make career decision for them.

4. Oh, it is absolutely invaluable. Their experience can come in handy in challenging moments at work. They can help with different ways and methods of working efficiently. The fact that they have been in our shoes at the start of their career turns them into great role models and source of information for us. With their support anybody can grow in a competent professional, I guess.

5. I do believe so. If a person wants to turn into a real professional of their job, they have to set clear goals in front of themselves for even decades to come. This way they would stay focus and be ready for challenges ahead. Through careful planning, career milestones are meet at ease and in general, professionals do not lose track of their aims.

6. Do some people change their profession?

The prime reason here has to be technological developments, I guess. In other words, it is making many professionals redundant. Striking examples could be factory workers replaced by industrial robots. Accountants substituted by certain programs. The same fate may be awaiting the drivers due to self-driving vehicles in the future. All the aforementioned people will have or have had to look for other jobs.

I decided to talk about a professional digital camera which I borrowed from a friend of mine. It was a very fancy and expensive one. Actually, I was by a Nikon brand and had a very powerful focus. It was also a multi-functional with big memory capacity If my memory doesn't fail me, It was about a year ago back then I was about to take my dream trip around the easternmost part of our country and I really need a strong camera to capture the moments of my trips. I asked a favour to lend it to me from a friend of mine. Photography is his hobby and he has a number of(several) cameras at his home. I thought he would refuse to lend me one of them, as each is dear to him, but luckily, when I asked, he readily agreed. I had to borrow this item of his simply because I didn't have one. Buying a camera would have been too costly, however borrowing it was the most sensible option.

Absolutely so. Due to online sources and illegal music sharing websites any piece of music you wish is easily downloadable for no charge nowadays. This whole situation is highly unjust, as they do not benefit at all from it. It has to stop s-y, I guess. And they must start planning their fundamental right to earn some amount of money from such downloads.

The most frequent thing is money, I guess. Although not everyone is generous with their money. Friends, relatives, acquaintances tend to always provide financial support when need it. This may happen when someone is making a big purchase like a property or a car. This fact, is about our culture, is something which comes as a huge help in many life situations.

It really must depend on an item borrowed. I think when an item is for one-time use only like an expensive taxi for a wedding, or a jewellery is worn for a single occasion. It is better to borrow them, I guess. However, I would never borrow a daily item like a smartphone, or laptop computer, it is better to buy them and use for however long time we wish.

I think it is a good way of waving money for them rather than spending huge sums on buying different gadgets. For example, many people prefer to use to borrow items from their friends or siblings and other close people. Indeed, this seems a huge advantage to me too.

In my opinion, returning items as quickly as possible is sensible. This is because the lender might also need the thing and maybe embarrassed to ask back. Therefore, it would be too rude to keep them waiting.

I think the main reason for this, is their unpleasant experiences. In other words, they may have lost or broken valuable items before, and just to avoid this, they may refrain(o'zini tiymoq) from borrowing expensive items.

I would like to describe a place called ice city. 1 It is a newly constructed facility, specially designed to do winter sports inside. It is something new for our city as we have never had anything close to it before. 2 When it was first open, it was widely advertised on billboards and TV. It was also talked by actively people around me. 3 It is a sizeable building with a facade made of glass. One very distinguishing feature of it is a statue of a polar bear and its cub. It is made of small pieces of shattered mirrors. I really wished to visit this place for two reasons, for one thing, I have been told to visit this place by my friend. He was impressed by it. I thought that I'd like the place too. For another thing, I'm a huge enthusiast of winter sport and this place would be a perfect sport for me to do there.

1.) Of course, they are undoubtedly cities like Paris, Dubay and New York attract tourists with their iconic buildings. In other words, many people come to these places to view these structures and contribute to the economy of these cities.

2.) I think the latter is most sensible. Old buildings serve as stumbling blocks on the way of development in these cities. They impede the construction of more modern new buildings roads crossing the cities and other innovations alike.

3.) It is a tough question and I don't have a definitive answer. But it can tell something about the lifestyle of this so culture and oriental cultures, for example, houses are built with fewer rooms as a family spent more time together in bigger ones where, as in western cultures the opposite is true. They tend to have more rooms as families have an isolated lifestyle.

4.) Oh, I don't think so. The maintenance of most public buildings is guaranteed from the sums collected from entrance fees. If we establish no charge for entrance places like museums, art galleries and exhibition halls would have to be poorly maintained.

5.) Tashkent TV tower, I guess. It is vividly visible from most parts of the city and it has a very curious design although it is the main function to serve antenna. It has a small museum a cafe at a height of hundred fifty metres which has beautiful views of the city.

6.) Overpopulation of urban areas is the main cause. I guess, most metropolitan cities have to grow vertically due to scarcity of land in them and huge demand for working and living space, therefore, most cities are termed with lowering premises and skyscrapers.
