Power Only Information
T his load is part of a power only network. If Carrier does not already have a trailer that belongs in that network, Carrier may be required to pick up one
des ignated by J.B. Hunt. Carrier may als o be required to repos ition a trailer after completion of the load.
If Carrier fails to return the Equipment to location s pecified by J. B. Hunt after the date s pecified by J. B. Hunt as the mus t drop by date, then Carrier
agrees to pay J. B. Hunt $100 per day for each day until Equipment has been returned. Carrier als o agrees to pay any s torage fees , charges , cos ts , or
other expens es incurred by J. B. Hunt relating to the us e or mis us e of the Equipment. In addition, if Carrier us es the Equipment for any unauthoriz ed
purpos e or movement, Carrier is res pons ible for all los s es and damages to, or des truction of, cargo and interchanged Equipment while in Carrier’s
pos s es s ion and control.

Terms and Conditions
J.B. Hunt, as a licens ed Property Broker, hereby arranges for Carrier to trans port this load as a licens ed Motor Carrier. All loads tendered purs uant to this
Carrier Load Confirmation (T ender) s hall be s ubject and s ubordinate to the current terms , conditions and provis ions of J.B. Hunt’s Outs ourcing Carriage
Agreement and any applicable amendments thereto, including, but not limited to, J.B. Hunt’s Independent Contractor Services Amendment and J.B. Hunt’s
Drayage and DCS Outs ource Carriage Amendment (hereinafter referred to collectively as ' OCA' ), whether or not previous ly executed by Carrier. T he terms
and conditions of the OCA are hereby incorporated by reference.
FMCSA Regulations
Carrier and its drivers s hall adhere to all applicable FMCSA regulations , including drivers ’ hours -of-s ervice limits , the commercial driver’s licens e (cdl)
regulations , and the prohibiting coercion of commercial motor vehicle drivers (coercion rule). Carrier agrees that s uch regulations s hall s upers ede any
conflicting s ervice ins tructions s tated in this tender or any comments made by J.B. Hunt’s employees .
Shipments traveling in or through California
Your company mus t be in compliance with the regulations promulgated by the California Air Res ources Board (CARB) regarding refrigerated equipment
(T RU regulations ), the truck and bus equipment regulations (engine and particulate matter filter requirements ), and greenhous e gas regulations , effective
on January 1, 2013.
If your company is not able to timely comply with thes e regulations , you mus t inform J.B. Hunt immediately that you are not able to comply with them. By
accepting this load tender, you repres ent and warrant that your company is in compliance with thes e regulations and requirements .
Food Safety
Carrier is res pons ible for s anitary conditions during the trans portation of commodities tendered to it. Carrier mus t be in compliance with the Food and
Safety Moderniz ation Act (“FSMA”) and all other Food and Drug Adminis tration (“FDA”) rules and directives . Carrier mus t provide adequate training to its
pers onnel regarding s anitary trans portation practices and maintain records documenting s uch training as required by 21 C.F.R. Part 1, Subpart O, §
1.910. Carrier mus t als o comply with any s pecific s hipper ins tructions provided by J.B. Hunt, as authoriz ed by the FSMA, including, but not limited to,
s anitary s pecifications and cleaning procedures for Carrier’s vehicles and trans portation equipment as well as appropriate operating temperature. If
Carrier is not able to timely comply with thes e regulations and the provided s hipper ins tructions , Carrier mus t inform J.B. Hunt immediately that it is not

able to comply with them. By accepting this Load T ender, Carrier repres ents and warrants that it is in compliance with thes e regulations and any s hipper
ins tructions .
Safe Driving
J.B. Hunt does not condone coercion of any driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle, when the driver reports that he/s he would not be able to drive
s afely due to illnes s , fatigue, equipment ins pection, repair and maintenance regulations , intermodal roadability regulations , load s ecurement regulations ,
or due to not having hours available under applicable regulations .
Driving Directions
Any directions communicated via this load tender, by a cus tomer or J.B. Hunt orally or written are for informational purpos es only.
Carrier is s olely res pons ible for routing and delivering the load tendered and it is the carrier’s s ole res pons ibility to ens ure the directions are
appropriate.
J.B. Hunt makes no guarantee with res pect to s pecified routes or the compatibility of thos e routes with regard to any type of equipment.
T he carrier is s olely res pons ible for operating lawfully and s afely over any road or highway, bridge, or route.
Carrier is res pons ible for any fines , citations or penalties that may be is s ued as a res ult of operating in any way that can be deemed a violation of any
ordinance, law, or regulation.
Paperwork
In order for carrier to be paid, an invoice and all paperwork mus t be s ubmitted with a J.B. Hunt load number pres ent on each page:
Cus tomer s igned Bill of Lading.
Lumper Receipt(s ) / Pallet Exchange Receipt(s ).
All other load s pecific documents . You are not required to s end the J.B. Hunt Load Confirmation.
QuickPay
Quick Pay proces s ing time will be 2 bus ines s days from receipt of paperwork with a fixed 1.5% proces s ing fee deducted from each s ettlement. If you
