The bar graph illustaretes the norm amount of spending in a month by English familyes in three years.
Overall, the most money was required by rent, the second more spending money sector was groceries in three years. Other three sections (utility bills, transport and entertainment) did not demanded much money but transport, because it slightly rised during these periods than others.
It is clear that utiliy bills make up the less exmenditure(80 pounds sterling) in 1990 and it increased to 10 pounds sterling by 2000, but after 10 years it reached 150 pounds sterling. Entertainment was also low spent. In 1990 and 2000 theirs expens were the same 120 pounds sterling while in 2010 decreased to 100 pounds sterling. Groceries accounted for about 130, 145 and 150 pounds sterling in three given years respectively.

Cost of transport and rent growth well, in 2010 transport make up approximately 170 and rent 450 pounds sterling. The second period 230 and 520, finally in the last given term they reached 250 and 600 pounds sterling respectively.
