The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe Meet the Characters Peter Pevensie
Peter is the oldest of the four children. He is brave, has good judgement and is a good leader. Later in the story he is called “Peter the Magnificent.”
Peter is played by actor Gareth Potter. Susan Pevensie
Susan is the second oldest of the four children. She is beautiful, kind and sweet. Later in the story she is called “Susan the Good.”
Susan is played by actor Ruby Joy. Edmund Pevensie
Edmund is the second youngest of the four children. He is a brat. He makes friends with the White Witch and betrays his siblings. Later he realizes he made a mistake. Later in the story he is called “Edmund the Just.”
Edmund is played by actor André Morin. Lucy Pevensie
Lucy is the youngest of the four children. She likes to go on adventures. She is very trusting, cheerful and brave. She discovers the land of Narnia. Later in the story she is called “Lucy the Valiant.”
Lucy is played by actor Sara Farb.

Professor Kirk The Professor is unconventional and slightly eccentric. He shelters Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy in his home during the Second World War.
He is wise, kind and believes in the world of Narnia.
The Professor is played by actor Tom McCamus. Mr. Tumnus
Mr. Tumnus is a faun. A faun is a god from Roman mythology who is part man but has the ears, horns, legs and tail of a goat. He becomes friends with Lucy and saves her and her siblings from the White Witch.
Mr. Tumnus is played by actor Mike Nadajewski. The White Witch
The White Witch is evil. The self-proclaimed ruler of Narnia, she forces all the creatures there to call her their Queen. She is Aslan’s enemy but is defeated by the end of the play.
The White Witch is played by actor Yanna McIntosh. Aslan
Aslan is the all-powerful ruler of Narnia. Aslan is killed by the White Witch but comes back to life and defeats the White Witch later in the play.
Aslan is also played by actor Tom McCamus.
Mr. Beaver Mr. Beaver is, as his name suggests, a beaver. He is married to Mrs. Beaver. Together they protect and help the four Pevensie children find Aslan and defeat the White Witch.
Mr. Beaver is played by actor Steve Ross. Mrs. Beaver
Mrs. Beaver is, as her name suggests, a beaver. She is married to Mr. Beaver. Together they protect and help the four Pevensie children find Aslan and defeat the White Witch.
Mrs. Beaver is played by actor Barbara Fulton. Maugrim
Maugrim is a wolf who is the captain of the White Witch’s Secret Police. He challenges Peter to a fight and is killed during it.
Maugrim is played by actor Brad Hodder. Father Christmas
Father Christmas brings presents to the four Pevensie children. He warns that the presents he gives them are “tools, not toys,” and says they will know when they should use them.
