On the one hand, tertiary processed food has a lot of positive sides. For example, it creates easy way to take it with you to work, because its prepared food and its have own container. Also, it helps for people to save time and you do not need prepare it to long time. Instead of preparing you can do your other important work, such as, work or study. Moreover, it is more suitable for single and divorced males. Because they do not know how to cook and they unexperienced in this field. According to some statistics, nowadays 40 % people prefer this kind of food rather than fast food.

On the other hand, pre-prepared foods have a myriad of negative sides for life, actually for health. Firstly, it dangerous for health with it is unknown quality of food composition. Because you do not know how they prepared it and what kind of composition they used. Also, it cannot replace your own home hand cook meals. Moreover, for people on a diet can be harder to control fat, salt and sugar levels. Also, it has a great negative effect on family distance and table conversation, which dinner with your family members.
