The table illustrates water usage in six variety of countries based on 3 areas during 2003.
Overall, it is clear that most water was used for agriculture in all countries and least water was utilized for housework or for other things that was done in home in all six countries except for Russia and Australia.
Turning to more details, 279 m^3 water was used for house works in Canada, this figure was almost three times bigger than in Russia (98m^3). By contrast, in Turkey this figure was 80m^3. When it comes to agricultural water usage, this figure was 1238m^3 whereas in Turkey it was 1482m^3. By contrasting with them, in Russia more water (1863m^3) was used for agriculture. In turkey the water (731m^3) that was used for industries 13 times as much as the water usage (56m^3) in industry in Russia while in Turkey this figure was 731.
As for other three countries, the amount of water that was utilized for things in home was almost similar in China (26m^3) and the UK (38m^3). By contrast, the figure for domestic water usage was 341m^3 in Australia. There was not big difference in the figure for agricultural water usage of China (806m^3) and the UK (810m^3) while 741m^3 water was used for agriculture in Australia. 71m^3 water was utilized for industries in China and this number was three times bigger in Australia, namely, 276m^3 whereas this figure was 398m^3 in the UK.
