I missed the shuttle to Return. 

Walt Disney World always has taxi services at 

each park at a cost. Locate the nearest Cast 

Member for assistance.  

 

How long does it take to get to the Parks? 

The Shuttle does pick up at a few other 

locations, so always buffer in about 30 minutes 

for travel time at least.

Where do I meet the Shuttle at the Hotel? 

The Shuttle will arrive promptly under the 

awning of the Front Entrance of the Hotel. 

Be prepared to board at the appointed 

time as the shuttle will not wait on 

stragglers.  

 

Where do I meet the Shuttle at the Parks? 

The Shuttle will pick up in each respective 

lane at each park location transit area 

promptly. Try to be there about 10 

minutes prior to pick up time as the 

Shuttle is very prompt and on schedule.  

 

I have limited mobility, what are my options? 

For a Guest that is unable to transfer onto 

the bus from a wheelchair and/or scooter, 

please call 24 hours in advance to ensure 

proper equipment for loading at no extra 

charge. The Shuttle is able to load 

wheelchairs/scooters while the bus is in 

transit as well. In this case no notification 

is required.  

 

Do I need to make reservations? 

No reservations are needed. All you do is 

meet the bus at the designated area.  

 

How much does the Shuttle cost? 

This service is complementary to our 

Guests. 

 

If I arrive early and cannot check in, am I still 

able to use the Shuttle? 

Of course you can still utilize this service.  

 

 

 

 

 

Why is the last Shuttle taking so long? 

FINAL RETURN shuttles may arrive or leave 

late due to heavy traffic, always buffer 

extra time into your schedule.  

 

What if the Shuttle is full? 

No worries, no one is left behind. These 

are busses as opposed to small shuttles, 

thus it is able to accommodate many 

Guests at one time.  

 

Is there park shuttle that goes in between the 

Parks? 

Our shuttle service does not go from park 

to park throughout the day. However, 

Disney provides internal transportation to 

anywhere on property utilizing their own 

transportation, which is complimentary to 

Guests.  

 

I am attending a Special Event, what are my 

options? 

The Shuttle does not operate during 

special ticketed events. The best mode of 

transportation would be personal or a taxi 

service.
