We’ll  be  glad  to  see  your  team  in  our  city.  If  you  come  to  Saint  Petersburg  and  take  part  in  the  YOUNG

We invite only strongest teams from different countries. This year is YOUNG TALENTS’s 10th year of exciting 

international  football.  The  tournament  is  open  only  for  teams  that  are  members  of  the  football  association 

registered by FIFA. The organizers of tournament are: Public Organization YOUNG TALENTS. 

 

Right of Participation. 

The tournament will start at 10.00 a.m. with a group games at Dinamo stadium on the 17

th

 of 

October. The teams will be divided into 4 groups. Each group consists of 6 teams. Within one group every team will be 

playing with the others. These matches will be played on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday will be day off. The 

second round will operate on a knock out basis. The teams with the 1

st

 and 2

nd

 rank in the first round will play in second 

round. The final match will be played on Sunday at 14.30. 

 

Age Limits and other indispensable requirements. 

Only the players which were born 

1.1.2002

 or later are 

admitted to the tournament. The number of players in each team cannot exceed 14. Participants must be able to show 

valid identifications.  

 

Playing periods, fields, rules. 

Time of the matches – 2x15 min. 7+1 players on the pitch. All matches will be played 

on artificial grass fields. The size of pitch is 50x70 m. There is an offside rule and rule of back pass to goalkeeper .The 

ball of tournament is №4. Games minimum are seven

. 

 

 

Prizes. 

The winner in final will receive Cup and medals. The team that takes 2

nd

 place will confer medals. There are 

special prizes for best goalkeeper, forward, half-back, back and bombardier. There is not the match for 3

rd

 place.

 

 

Start fee and participant’s fee. Accommodation. 

There are start fee 750 euro. The St. Petersburg Public 

Organization YOUNG TALENTS can offer accommodation in apartment hotel 3 stars and budget hotel of 2 stars. 

Accommodation include 5 days/4 nights and meals from 16/10 – dinner till 20/10 – lunch.

 

The price is 45 euro per day per 

person with full board in 3-4 bed rooms in 2* hotel and 50 euro per day per person with full board in triple rooms and 57 

euro per day per person in double rooms in 3* hotel.  

 

Flight. Transport.

 Transfer from the airport is free of charge. During the tournament YOUNG TALENTS will provide 

free bus transport between the hotel and the playing fields.
