8、 Running programs

5. After the function table is set up, the machine door must be closed before the normal.
6. When the machine is first run, it must pay attention to the steering of the motor and the turn of the three-phase motor.
7. Pull down the switch of the operation controller, the machine will operate according to the set temperature and humidity.
8. When the temperature and humidity reaches the user's product requirement, the temperature and humidity of the controller must be turned off and then take out the product.

10. The machine is attached with a window watch lamp. If you want to check the situation in the box, please press the LIGHT switch.
11. If there is a failure, the machine displays the fault location immediately. After troubleshooting, please press the R/S key on the controller to restart the switch, and then restart the testing machine.

1. It is absolutely forbidden to heat or test explosive, flammable or highly corrosive substances. Otherwise, it will cause unnecessary damage, or the machine can't test it.
2. The quantity of test objects shall not affect the air volume circulation of the test box, otherwise will affect the performance of the machine .
3. When using, the door should be tight closed, or temperature and humidity can not reach the performance area.
4. The designated person operates this machine to avoid premature damage to the machine.
5. on the left side of the machine with test hole can be used to connected to the test line in the box.
6. To observe the changes in the box, please turn on the LIGHT switch in the box and observe the change of the sample in the box through the observe window.
7. If wooden cases operation under 0 ℃, should try to avoid toopen the door , because in a low temperature if the door is opened, it can eazy to cause internal evaporator and other parts of the frozen phenomenon, especially in the lower the temperature, the more serious condition, if must open, should try to shorten the time.
8. When finish a low temperature operation, be sure to set temperature 60 ℃ of drying process about a half hour after the door is opened, To avoid affecting the test time of the next operating or the icing of the evaporator or damage to the test.( If not actual 60 ℃ dry processing, machine malfunction, although under guarantee, also belong to human reason, our company will not support free service.)
9. In the operation, please do not open the box door unless absolutely necessary. Otherwise, the following adverse effects can be caused:
High temperature moisture out of the box...Very dangerous!
he inside of the door remains high temperature...Cause harm!
High temperature air may trigger fire alarm and misoperation!
Closing method: when the operator closes the door, he must move backward along the door to prevent a large amount of heat from pouring out of the machine and hurt the people
