Matching Headings

2. You are also given a passage of text, which is divided into several paragraphs or sections.
3. Your task is to read the headings and then carefully read the passage to determine which heading best summarizes or represents the main idea of each paragraph or section.
4. You will need to match the correct heading from the list to the corresponding paragraph or section by writing the corresponding letter or number next to the paragraph in the answer sheet.
To excel in these questions, it’s essential to:
1. Pay close attention to the wording of the headings and look for synonyms or related forms in the
text.
2. Avoid selecting headings that are too broad or too narrow for the content of the paragraph.
3. Be mindful of the order of the paragraphs in the passage, as the headings should match the
sequence of the text or even sometimes, they do not follow the sequence to distract the reader.

How to choose the data?

Avoid Specific Details: Your overview should not delve into specific data points or numbers. It should provide a general sense of the data without getting into too many specifics. Save the detailed analysis for the body paragraphs.

Keep it Concise: The overview should be brief, typically just one or two sentences. Aim to summarize the main points succinctly.
