The person who has made a huge impact on me is my school teacher. She was the work of my teacher that helped me get to my current position. May be I could not achieve the same results when another teacher taught me. Maybe I was studying in a completely different field. She was teaching mathematics at school. She was the best, most demanding math teacher in our school. I really enjoyed learning from such a teacher. Because in my class I knew math well. So my teacher taught me more. She prepared me for all kinds of competitions and really taught me. Every kids were silent in the teacher’s lesson listened attentively. Because she could find a way to please every kids. She would always say something about studying: “ Learning is as difficult as digging a well with a needle”. Her words still ring in my ear and make me to read more.

Job satisfaction is one of the most investigated topics in the fields of organizational behaviour. The most-used research definition of job satisfaction is by Locke, who defined it as “. . . a pleasurable or positive emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one’s job or job experiences”. It is now recognized that job satisfaction is a global concept that also comprises various facets including pay, promotions, co-workers, supervision, the work itself, recognition, working conditions, and company and management. Job satisfaction has also been defined as “the extent to which a staff member has favourable or positive feelings about work or the work environment”. It refers to the positive attitudes or emotional dispositions people may gain from work or through aspects of work. Ivancevich et al. Defined job satisfaction as the feeling and perception of a worker regarding his/her work and how he or she feels himself well in an organization.

Davis and Newstrom and Dessler describe job satisfaction as a set of favorable or unfavorable feelings for the employees to perceive their work and that determine the possibility of a major disposition to achieve higher performance. Therefore, job satisfaction refers to an individual’s general attitude toward his or her job. Jensen defines job satisfaction as: “a sense of personal growth most often measured by the extent of new challenges and learning situations experienced”.

On the other hand, job dissatisfaction refers to “unhappy or negative feelings about work or the work environment”. There exist many factors which may result in job dissatisfaction. Some of them are poor working conditions, overwork, low levels of pay, no scope of promotion or career advancement and lack of recognition. But what is worst are the consequences of job dissatisfaction which obviously affect both the employees and the organization. It may result in loss of motivation, lack of interest, frustration, poor productivity, absenteeism and even high turnover rates.

To sum up, we can say that job satisfaction describes how content an individual with his or her job and also implies doing a job one enjoys, doing it well, and being suitably rewarded for one’s efforts. Job satisfaction further implies enthusiasm and happiness with one’s work.

12.  Who is the best cook in your opinion?

"No one makes an apple pie like my mother." "No one makes a paella like my mother!" Almost everyone believes that their mother is the best cook under the heavens. I, too, think this about my mother's cooking talent. Yet, my appreciation for her delicacies goes father. I've learned to be healthy, cherish my heritage, and love my family through her cooking. To commence, my mother's cooking has taught me to be healthy. In every meal she prepares, every section of the food pyramid is introduced to me. For instance, one dinner would consist of white rice, red beans, fresh meat, green salad, and crystal water. For dessert, she would bake a fruit pie or a low-fat cake topped with fresh fruits. My mother always encourages me to eat breakfast and eat healthy snacks. Such as an apple or pear. She has taught me the real meaning of health. Next, her ability to cook has taught me to cherish my heritage. If one enters my mother's kitchen one can find a vast supply of Spanish seasonings like garlic, onion, peppers, mint, oregano, cumin, and more. The interesting fact is the way she manages to use them all appropriately to make a mouth watering banquet. Mother also cooks many dishes from our homeland, Nicaragua. My favorite is plav, samsa, and manti. My mother has taught me to cook these typical foods. Therefore, I will also teach my children what their ancestors used to eat. Finally, I've learned to love my family through my mother's cooking. Whenever she cooks, she does it with a smile. Mother doesn't mind cooking because she knows the food is for us and it will nourish her loved ones. She sacrifices time to herself to cook for her family. For instance, instead of resting or getting a manicure, she cooks and then does what she wants.

8. What is the key to successful job interview?

 Everyone has at least attended or will attend one interview in his life. Interview is a important step in the course of job finding. If you do well in the interview, you will get the job; otherwise you may lose the job. Therefore the question is how to do well at a job interview. Well-informed, good preparation and good behaviors in the interview are benefit to the interview.  First, you must be well informed. You must get some knowledge about the position you are applying for, because interviewers will ask you questions relative to it, you can answer them fluently and confidently. You should also find out what the products the company produces and read some books relative to these, because you will probably be asked some questions about the products of the company. You should know the latest news in the world too, because if the interviewers ask your opinions about one piece of the latest news such as a football match, you won't be in the dark and can give them your opinions. If possible, you should also get some information about the likes and dislikes of the president and the interviewers in order to avoid offending them in the interview.
             Next, good preparations are helpful. There are several preparations that you must to do in order to have a good interview. First, You must have a good sleep in the night before the interview day so that you will be in good condition. Second, you must be dressed properly, which will give the interviewers a good first image.

13. What is the impact of healthy food on people’s life 

The food that we ingest will be separated into many biochemical energies giving to different organs in their bodies after  digestions. In other words, food will become a part of their bodies, and  that determines their bodies' performance. Therefore the quality of food  will directly reflect on their health, and that is the thing they should care about the most. Unfortunately, as the rapid development of economy   advanced science, and technology, the pace of people's lives are constantly accelerating. Consequently, people wish everything can be faster and faster just like cell phones, internet, as well as food, so that many of them ignore the importance of eating healthy. As a result, they offer an opportunity for more and more food companies to procure business advantage
