Before Iranian revolution, Azad University of Iran (Free University of Iran) was established in 1970 but then it was closed because of Iranian Cultural Revolution.^[5][6] Headquartered in Tehran, Iran, the Islamic Azad University is the world's sixth-largest university. It was approved and ratified by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution in 1982, having been founded and established by Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani.^[7] It has an enrollment of 1 million students.^[8][9] Since its inception in 1982, it has grown both physically and academically to become one of the largest higher education institutions globally. Over the years, IAU has promoted 'higher education for all' as its key objective. IAU has two independent and 31 state university branches across Iran, and four branches in other countries: the U.A.E., the United Kingdom, Lebanon and Afghanistan.^[10] Over the years, the university has accumulated assets estimated to be worth $20–25 billion.^[2][9]

Looks like a generic combined espresso and drip coffee machine. You can operate both or 1 at a time. Recommend that you do either drip or espresso. For the espresso fill in water from an RO machine or bottled water as tap water may have a high mineral content which will clog the machine. I am not sure if this machine has a combined tank or individual tank for both machines. Anyway fill in the tank. As the portafilter looks non standard fill about 14 grams of finely ground coffee, tamp it and run the machine for about a minute to extract 120 ml espresso. Put on only 1 switch, the one in the right. This machine also has a steam attachment and you can steam milk in a jug by using the knob on the top or on the right.
For the second machine open the top and put in about 30 gms of coffee, in the filter( it may have a removable mesh filter or you can use a size 4 paper filter) . Fill in 500 ml of water in the water tank and wait for the coffee to drip down in the carafe. I may warn you that this looks like a cheap non standard coffee machine. If you really want good coffee buy a branded drip machine or pump espresso machine separately. You also need a good burr grinder. If you are not sentimentally attached to this machine just junk it or gift it to your worst enemy
