developed.and.made.a.great.contribution.to.world.science.and.culture..A.number.of.sciences.—.
literature,. architecture,. theology,. and. the. secular. sciences. —. developed. rapidly. in. astronomy,.
mathematics,.geometry,.geography,.and.medicine..The.following.is.a.list.of.aspects.that.deserve.
special. attention,. namely,. the. contribution. of.Amir. Temur. to. the. development. of. science. and.
culture..At.the.same.time,.the.policy.of.Timur,.which.fully.realized.the.role.of.science.in.the.
development.of.the.state,.is.clearly.revealed.
During.the.reign.of.Amir.Temur,.this.period.was.a.period.of.awakening,.as.science,.art.and.
architecture. developed. rapidly.. I. can. admit. that.. The. founders. of. the. Renaissance. were. the.
Timurids..Amir.Temur.studied.science,.mathematics,.geometry,.architecture,.astronomy,.literature..
with.a.strong.focus.on.the.development.of.areas.such.as.music..The.French.scientist.Lyangle.
wrote.about.his.conversation.with.scientists:.“Temur.was.a.great.compliment.to.scientists.”.His.
knowledge.and.honesty.inspired.confidence.in.people..He.often.came.down.from.the.throne.to.
talk.to.historians,.philosophers,.as.well.as.scientists.and.all.the.talented.people.
A.Temur.brought.to.Samarkand.scientists,.knowledgeable.and.talented.people.in.two.ways..

people. themselves,. having. heard. of. his. attention. to. science. and. creativity..Two. great. scholars.
wrote. about.Timur’s. attention. to. science. and. culture:. DavlatshahSamarkandi. (1435-1495). and.
Yakubovsky.(1886-1953).
A.Temur. has. been. criticized. a. lot. in. the. past,. but. the. development. of. science. and. culture.
in.the.time.of.Timurids.shows.the.opposite..In.those.days,.educated.and.talented.people.knew.
the.leaders.of.any.country.who.were.kind,.helpful.and.supportive..they.are,.of.course,.gathered.
here,.regardless.of.nationality,.race.or.gender..For.example,.in.the.tenth.and.eleventh.centuries,.
great.discoveries.were.made.in.the.history.of.world.science.under.the.name.of.Arab.scientists..
Unfortunately,.some.of.these.scientists.were.our.compatriots,.others.were.Iranians,.Jews,.Greeks.
and.other.nationalities..Those.who.are.not.valued.in.their.home.country.are.looking.for.better.
working. conditions.. A. similar. situation. is. observed. in. Russia. in. the. XVIII-XIX. centuries,.
when.most.of.the.scientists.who.worked.at.the.St..Petersburg.Academy.came.from.Europe.and.
continued.their.work.at.this.academy..There.were.very.few.Russians.in.this.academy.

1413),. philosopher,. encyclopedic. scientist. Sa’diddinTaflazoni. (1322-1392),. Khoja. Muhammad.
