Directions and Parking 

 

From the NORTH: 

OPTION A: 

Take PA Turnpike (Northeast Extension) Route 476 South. Take the exit 

onto PA Turnpike Route 276 East toward New Jersey for 5 miles.  Take Exit #339 onto 

Route 309 North toward Ambler for 1.5 miles.  Take the Highland Avenue exit. Turn left on 

Highland Avenue for 1 mile.  Turn right on Spring Garden Street for 0.3 mile.  The 2-story 

gray stone “31 East” building is located at the corner of Butler Avenue and Spring 

Garden Street. Cross over Butler Avenue and make the first left into the parking lot.  

OPTION B: 

Take Route 378 South to Route 309 South.  Take 309 South for 28 miles to 

Butler Pike exit toward Ambler.  Turn right onto Butler Pike, which becomes Butler 

Avenue, for 1 mile to Spring Garden Street.  Make a right on Spring Garden Street. The 2-

story gray stone “31 East” building is located at the corner of Butler Avenue and Spring 

Garden Street.  Make the first left into the parking lot.

Enter at front of the building on Butler Avenue and take the stairs to the second floor.   

 

 

From the SOUTH: 

Take Route 476 North. Take the PA Turnpike Route 276 East toward New Jersey for 5 

miles.  Take Exit #339 to merge onto Route 309 North toward Ambler for 1.5 miles.  Take 

the Highland Avenue exit. Turn left on Highland Avenue for 1 mile.  Turn right on Spring 

Garden Street for 0.3 mile.  The 2-story gray stone  “31 East” building is located at the 

corner of Butler Avenue and Spring Garden Street. Cross over Butler Avenue and make 

the first left into the parking lot.

From the WEST:

left on Highland Avenue for 1 mile.  Turn right on Spring Garden Street for 0.3 mile.  The 

2-story gray stone  “31 East”  building  is located at the corner of Butler Avenue and 

Spring Garden Street. Cross over Butler Avenue and make the first left into the parking 

lot.
