4 - laboratory workGGA-0.25 AUTOMATIC GAS BOILERThe purpose of the following work:The structure of the automatic gas burner GGA-0.25 • the working principle of the burner General information Gas burners are necessary for the transfer of gas to the combustion zone in moderate quantities during combustion and to maintain the given heat characteristics. The fuel is mixed with air and ignited. The main requirement for these mechanisms is small toxic combustion with low amount of harmful gases. Devices work in automatic mode and can be used in household systems and industrial boiler rooms. The main elements of burners are: mixing, burner nozzle and stabilization device. Also, automatic components are used to burn and regulate gas according to the given requirements. In atmospheric burners, air is supplied naturally to prepare the gas-air mixture. The type of combustion chamber can be open or closed. In closed chambers, air transfer and removal of smoke gases is carried out through a pipe with the help of a fan. Such a smoke pipe includes two pipes: • external pipe for air transfer (diameter 15 cm); • inner tube for removal (diameter 8 cm). When using an open chamber, air is taken from the building of the boiler room. Natural absorption is carried out with the help of a flue pipe, and the used flue gases are discharged through it. Atmospheric burners work with noise, so it is recommended to choose models with noise reduction in their construction. The main indications of atmospheric burners are: • method of transferring components; heating level of the mixture; • output speed of combustion products; • nominal flame length. • Description of the laboratory device The design of burners is presented in pictures 1 and 2. The burner consists of the following main parts: 1-mixer, 2-fan, 3-flanes, 4-flanes, 14-15-gas supply pipe. The mixer 1 consists of a shell 5, in which the following are placed: a barrel 6, a nozzle 7, an ionization sensor 8, an ignition 9. A transformer 10 is attached to the fan 2, a pressure sensor relay 11, burner control unit. The flange 3 allows the fan 2 to be loosened before the bolts are moved away from the axle, which in turn allows the igniter to go inside. The flange 4 consists of two identical half-flanges, which are fixed by means of mutual bolt connection, forming the pipe shell 5 with a circular diameter. By loosening the bolt connection, the burner can be moved in the boiler embrasure. Slotted screw taps between annular slot 12 and clamp 13 17 is controlled by sliding along the wedge to adjust to the desired mode of combustion and to fix it in the desired position, it is necessary to soften them. Gas-air control is carried out manually: air - through a barrier in the fan pocket, gas - using a puck valve. It is necessary to carry out an external inspection before installing a burner device on the boiler. It is necessary to focus on mechanically damaged areas. It is necessary to eliminate the deficiencies identified during the inspection. Installation and commissioning of the burner is carried out with the help of a special installer, following all the rules of safety technology. A burner is installed on the heating device and the boiler is fixed between the burner flange by asbestos material. The inlet gas pipe of the burner must be connected to the gas pipe of the boiler room. It is necessary to install the control devices and automation complex in accordance with Figure 1. It is necessary to connect the wires of the indicator connection terminals according to the wiring diagram. It is necessary to connect the burner to the ground according to the requirements of technical operation rules. After the end of the heating season, the burner must be disconnected from the electricity supply and the gas network, the gas valves in front of the burner must be completely closed, the safety burner valve must be raised, and the burner must be repaired. Order of work: 1. For students, they should hold a special event on the rules of using the burner and the safety of life activities. 2. They get acquainted directly with the burner device. 3. They explain to the teacher what kind of gas is brought to the burner. 4. According to the information given on the burner, they check the compatibility with the gas pressure in front of the gas burner. 5. They check the voltage coming from the network to the control unit and the fan. 6. Depending on the temperature of the water, they check whether the burner is adapted to the automatic mode.
