Fig.1. Scheme of clustering by the sowing disk with research parameters:
1-seed sowed by the hole which is in a diameter d 1 circle; 2- seed sowed by the hole which is in a diameter d 2 circle. Since the projection of the absolute velocity vector of the seed ’s fall on the horizontal axis is the same as the direction of movement of the aggregate, two seeds in the group are placed in the sowing rig as shown in the figure. An ideal cluster is formed when two seeds of one group are placed in touch side by side in the rig. In practice, however, this is not the case, and the seeds in a group dap away from each other. A dap distance of seeds from each other in one cluster is called the cluster elongation, and agronomic requirements are set for this indicator.
Seeds in the same cluster can also fall on top of each other. In this case, the second seed, which falls on the first seed, daps and disrupts the process of cluster formation. Therefore, the condition for the formation of a quality cluster is defined by the following expression [15]:
(2)
In this case x 1 ; x 2 is the dap distance of the first and second seeds, mm; l ch
If x 2 -x 1 < l max , the seeds that fall into the same cluster will overlap. If x
there is bad-quality cluster. The expressions for determining x
and x 2 are as follows:
