Данное учебно-методическое пособие посвящено созданию будущей деятельности общеобразовательных школ.
Данное пособие обеспечит постоянство и расширит творческий потенциал, послужит ориентиром в будущем.
Суть стратегического управления заключается в анализе (внешней и внутренней) среды общеобразовательной школы, которая является основой будущего.
В качестве метода в данном учебном пособии рассматривается методика проведения SWOT и анализа Portfel и типы развития общеобразовательных школ.
В учебном пособии показаны стратегические аспекты управления сдвигами и отклонениями в плане деятельности педагогов и техников, занятых трудовой деятельностью.
В пособии стратегически обозначена конкурентная стратегия общеобразовательной школы, главное, формирование трансформационной политики в стратегическом развитии общеобразовательной школы и ее сущность.
Учебное пособие основывается Указу Президента Республики Узбекистан Ш. М. Мирзиёева № ПФ-60 от 28 января 2022 года «О стратегии развития Нового Узбекистана на 2022-2026 годы».
Учебно-методическое пособие 5611700 «Менеджмент школы» предназначено для студентов бакалавриата. Учебное пособие также можно использовать специалистам сферы управления, научными соискателям и всем заинтересованным лицам.

ANNOTATION
This study guide is dedicated to the creation of the future activities of general education schools.
The essence of strategic management as a guide to the future in order to ensure its continuity and prolong its viability, it is the basis of the foundation of the future.
Methodology of conducting SWOT and Portfolio analysis as a method of comprehensive (external and internal) environmental analysis of general secondary schools, as well as types of development strategies of general secondary schools, operational shifts and deviations as well as the strategic aspects of managing pedagogues and technicians engaged in labor activities, the competitive strategy of general secondary schools, as well as, most importantly, the formation of transformational policy and its essence in the strategic development of general secondary schools mentioned strategically.
The study guide is based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev "On the development strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026" dated January 28, 2022 No. PF-60 It was coordinated with the strategic directions in the STRATEGY OF UZBEKISTAN.
