used to reduce the weight of cars. Polymer and composite materials are stronger, lighter and less environmentally hazardous than steel. The use of polymer and composite materials in the automotive industry increases the fuel economy by reducing the weight of cars, while being durable, resistant to corrosion, decay, temperature and other environmental influences, and the negative impact of the vehicle on the environment i.e. noise and is a material with low emission properties, quenching vibrations. KIRISH Biz ilm-fan taraqqiyoti tez sur’at bilan jadallashgan bir zamonda yashamoqdamiz. Hayotimizga dahldor barcha sohalarda yangi ixtirolar, innovatsiyalar va ishlanmalar yaratilmoqda. Ammo biz foydalanayotgan qurilma va texnikalarning ba'zi jihatlari ular paydo bo'lganidan beri deyarli o'zgarmadi. O'tgan asrda bizning hayotimizni o'zgartirgan texnologiyalarning eng yaqqol misolini olaylik: bu - avtomobil. Ko'p jihatdan, bugungi kunda yo'llarda harakatlanuvchi avtomobillar, ilk yaratilgan avtomobillarga qaraganda ko’rinishi, konstruktsiyasi jihatdan tubdan o’zgargan, ammo ularni butlashda qo’llaniladigan materiallar deyarli o’zgarmagan. Ya’ni yo'ldagi barcha avtomobillarning 99,9 foizi po'latdan yasalgan transport vositalaridir. Bu avtomobilni og’ir vaznli bo’lishiga, oqibatda yoqilg’i sarfi ortishiga, bu esa o’z navbatida bugungi kundagi eng dolzarb ekologik muammo bo’lgan atrof-muhitga chiqadigan zaharli gazlar va shovqin (dvigatel shovqini) miqdorining oshishiga sabab bo’lmoqda. Jahon avtomobilsozlik sanoatining asosiy va uzoq muddatli tendentsiyasi bu avtomobillarning atrof-muhitga zararli ta’sirini kamaytirish va yoqilg'i sarfi samaradorligini oshirishdir [1]. Yoqilg'i sarfini va bu orqali zaharli gazlar miqdorini kamaytirishning asosiy usullaridan biri bu avtomobillarning og'irligini kamaytirishdir. Avtomobillar nazariyasidan ma’lumki, avtomobil vaznini har 10% ga kamayishi, yonilg'i tejamkorligini 5-7 % ga oshishiga olib keladi [2].
