All the people in a company should be treated equally and provide the same amount of salary in a month. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people opine that in a company employees should get the same perks despite the different job position. I completely disagree with this viewpoint as each position has an amount of workload. Thus, organizations need to give salary according to the duties of staff

Firstly, knowledge and experience actually show how much each person should be paid. In other words, employer can not pay workers with little knowledge or experience exactly the same as colleagues with great work ethic and ambition. In some companies, Everyone gets the same amount of money every year, no matter how well they did their job, what kind of contribution they made for the company. For that reason qualified employer who gave more effort to the need to be paid more.

Secondly, different job responsibilities can be a factor into workers getting different amounts of pay. For example, two workers may both have the job title of administrative assistant, and both have been at the company. However if the first one is a assistant to a supervisor while the second worker assist to the company. The supervisory assistant may be tasked to arrange meetings in a conference rooms. The assistant to the company may also have meeting management responsibilities but for much larger or demanding groups. In that case it is not surprising for the two administrative assistant jobs have different salaries.

In conclusion, i firmly support everyone should get perks in terms their responsibilities in order to a healthy work life balance.

In the modern life, people need mainly music to relax. Because they have many works in their life and works are bring stress and similar diseases for human. Individuals are swamped in their day-to-day life by having a hectic schedule which increases anxiety, In this condition they lean to music because many musics might give complacency and energy. And it has been proven that music is beneficial in various ways for humanity by scientists in recent years. For example even some people have many works during a day they are not tired because of this listen pop of music.
In addition, in recent years there are more international musics that have been released through radio and social media. And they are different topics( love and similar feels) this is negative for human so many people prefer traditional music because at this condition artists sing in like topics, it helps to improve artists's talent and naturally, they can achieve many successes through sing traditional music. For example, many people listen foreign musics but traditional maqom is achieving many achievements than international musics in Uzbekistan.
