The dependence of research on the priorities of the development of 
science and technology of the republic. This dissertation was completed in the 
framework of the priority direction of the development of science and technology 
of the republic 1. "Formation of a system of innovative ideas and ways to 
implement them in the social, legal, economic, cultural, spiritual and educational 
development of an informed society and democratic state." 
The degree to which the problem has been studied. Extensive work is 
being carried out by various scientists in the study of the advertising phenomenon.

K.Harry, H.Kaftandjiev, K.Bove, U.Arens, I.Ya.Rashkov, T.B.Kolishkina, E. 
V.Medvedeva, E.D.Farbi, E.V.Bulatova G.Litvinova, E.Anasimova, L.Maevskaya, 
Yu.Pirogova, N.Gurskaya, S.Martinova, D.Zarlikova, I.Moiseenko, S.Bereza , I. 
Grilich and many other scholars have to some extent studied the theoretical and 
practical issues, linguistic aspects of advertising text.
