Introduction

Independence is the greatest achievement for every nation in the world. It gives a wide range of opportunities for countries to develop several fields. Uzbekistan is the country which accomplished its independence, as well as, selected its own progressing way. Independence created a new free life for the Uzbek, as a result of this, our national customs, history, the names of our great ancestors, spiritual and financial resources were set up. Additionally, Uzbekistan made a major progress in different fields, including political, financial, social, spiritual fields, to be more specific, in education.


According to the Decree adopted on 20th of April 2017, all educational institutions of the Republic should establish close partnerships with the leading international research institutions, broad introduction of advanced teaching technologies into educational process, educational programs and teaching materials based on international educational standards, involve dynamically in research activity and professional development of teachers and professors.
Overall, today the educational sphere of the country, as well as all other social spheres, is undergoing reforms. The Decree № PD-2909 was developed in order to enhance the educational system for 2017 – 2021 years’ period. 
Complex measures on implementation of the development Program of the Higher Education System for the years of 2017-2021 include the followings:
1. Optimization of the content of academic specialties taking into consideration regional demands for qualified specialists;
2. Improvement of teaching process, the curriculum and syllabus of Bachelor's and Master's degree;
3. Providing with the modern literatures, including foreign, academic, methodological and scientific literatures;
4. Improvement of the process of continuous professional development and retraining of teachers and researchers, as well as in foreign educational establishments;
5. Development of the efficiency, outcomes and quality of scientific research activities;
6. Improvement of the content of spiritual enlightenment and educational issues;
7. Strengthening the economic and technical resources of higher education institutions;
8. Modernization of existing as well as creating modern teaching and scientific laboratories;
9. Providing the teaching process with modern information and communication technologies [1].
According to the Program, during the years of 2017-2021 construction, reconstruction and major repairs of 180 educational and scientific laboratories, sports facilities and units of social engineering infrastructures belonging to 48 higher educational institutions will be carried out. At the same time, step-by-step realization of ultra-modern equipment’s of 400 teaching laboratories in 53 educational establishments included to the plan, and scientific laboratories intended in the cooperation with other higher educational establishments in the field of scientific research are going to be established.
Until 2021, it is planned step-by-step increase the number of student enrollment for 18 percent on bachelor’s degree and master’s specialty taking into consideration, the current and perspective demands in the economical spheres and development of the regional complexes.
In general, it was stated that the contemporary Decree directed to creating conditions necessary for improvement of the system of higher education and qualified training of skilled specialists suitable for the world level demands for the purpose of social economic development of our country.
On the basis of above-said we have chosen the theme of our course paper.
The main reason to choose this topic was our interest in English language.

Actuality of the course papers in the fact that the phenomenon under study has almost thoroughly been investigated. But it has not been paid attention thoroughly analyzing point of view.
The aim of the course papers to introduce learners with analysis of ’’Teaching Dialogue and Monologue in Beginner level English classes ’’
Structurally, the course work consists of introduction, three parts, conclusion and bibliography.
